三金片对复发性尿路感染患者血清IL-6及IL-8的影响

目的：探讨三金片对复发性尿路感染患者的疗效以及血清IL-6和IL-8的影响。方法：选取复发性尿路感染患者各30例作为三金片治疗组（T组）,抗生素治疗对照组（C组）,另设健康成人30例作为空白对照组（N组）。分别观察治疗效果及检测治疗前后血清IL-6和IL-8水平的变化。结果：三金片治疗组近期痊愈率（56.7%）明显高于抗生素治疗组（30%）,总有效率（93.3%）明显高于抗生素治疗组（70%）（P＆lt;0.05）。复发性尿路感染患者外周血IL-6和IL-8升高,与健康人相比有显著性差异（P＆lt;0.05）。C组患者经抗生素治疗后以上指标有变化,但是差异均没有统计学意义,而T组患者经三金片治疗后外周血IL-6和IL-8下降,差异与治疗前相比有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）,且与C组治疗后相比差异也有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论：复发性尿路感染患者全身免疫功能紊乱,三金片治疗后可以明显改善其免疫功能,减少复发。

Effects of Sanjin Tablets on Serum Levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in Patients with Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the efficacy of Sanjin tablets for patients with recurrent urinary tract infection （RUTI） and its effects on serum levels of IL- 6 and IL- 8. METHODS： 60 RUTI cases were randomly assigned to receive Sanjin tablets （T group, n = 30） or antibiotics （ C group, n = 30）, with another normal blank group served as control （N group, n = 30） ： The treatment outcome was evaluated and serum levels of IL - 6 and IL - 8 were determined. RESULTS： The patients in T group had significantly higher short - term cure rate （56.7 % ） and higher total response rate （93.3 % ） than in Group C （30 % in short - term cure rate and 70 % in total response rate） （ P 〈 0.05）. The patients with RUTI （Group C, Group T） showed increased serum levels of IL- 6 and IL- 8, showing significant differences as compared with N group （ P 〈 0.05）. The above indexes in Group C witnessed a slight change change after treatment but the differences were nonsignificant as compared with before treatment. In Sanjin tablets - treated Group （ Group T）, serum levels of IL - 6 and IL - 8 decreased, and the differences were significant as compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05） or compared with Group C （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Sanjin tablets can improve the immune function and decrease the incidence of recurrence in RUTI patients with systemic immune dysfunction.
