鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性分析及用药策略

摘    要:目的:分析我院鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法:回顾性对我院2008年1月~2009年2月73株鲍曼不动杆菌药敏结果采用WHONET5.4进行统计、分析。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌检出率最高的标本类型是痰,临床科室是ICU。在常用的抗菌药物中,亚胺培南的耐药率最低为12.3%,替卡西林克拉维酸次之为38.4%,其它的β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药率均在70%以上。氨基糖苷类药物耐药率在70%~80%之间。左氧氟沙星的耐药率为53.4%,环丙沙星为82.2%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌耐药现象严重,临床应加强合理选用抗菌药物,减少耐药菌株的产生。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To analyze the drug resistance of Acinetobacter Baumanii in our hospital for reference of clinical rational application of antibiotics. METHODS: The antimicrobial susceptibility of a total of 73 strains of Acinetobacter Baumanii isolated in our hospital between Jan. 2008 and Feb. 2009 was reviewed statistically using WHONET5.4 software. RESULTS: The highest detection rate of Acinetobacter Baumanii was noted in sputum specimen, and the specimens from ICU showed the highest detection rate of Acinetobacter Baumanii among all the clinical departments. Of all the common antibiotics, the resistance of imipenem was the lowest (12.3%), followed by Ticarcillin clavulanic acid (38.4%). The resistant rates of the other β - lactams' were all above 70%. The resistant rate of aminoglycosides ranged from 70% to 80%, the resistant rate of levofloxacin was 53.4% and that of ciprofloxacin was 82.2% . CONCLUSION: Acinetobacter Baumanii are highly resistant to antibiotics. It's necessary to strengthen rational use of antibiotics to reduce the number of drug resistant bacteria.
