| 摘 要： | 目的：分析我院抗菌药物及其中特殊使用抗菌药物的应用情况和发展趋势。方法：采用金额排序和应用频度分析法对2005～2008年我院抗菌药物及其中特殊使用抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：我院抗菌药品种数、消费金额、应用数量都呈逐年上升之势,特殊使用抗菌药用药金额、用药频度亦逐年上升。结论：抗菌药物在我院临床应用结构基本合理,但仍应重视其安全性、有效性,合理选择使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo and developmental trend of the application of antibacterial drugs including the antibacterial drugs used for special purpose in our hospital. METHODS ： The application of antibacterial drugs including the antibacterial drugs used for special purpose in our hospital from 2005 to 2008 was analyzed by ranking of consumption sum and DDDs analysis. RESULTS： The drug kinds, consumption sum and consumption quantity of antibacterial drugs and the consumption sum and DDDs of special antibacterials increased year on year. CONCLUSION： The use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is rational on the whole; however, importance should be attached to the safety, effectives and rational use of antibiotics. |
