番泻叶致不良反应116例文献分析

目的：探讨番泻叶致不良反应的规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索1978-2008年国内医药期刊报道的番泻叶所致不良反应病例，对其进行分类和统计分析。结果：番泻叶致不良反应与性别无关，〉30岁年龄组发生率较高，其出现时间多为服药后30min-6h时间段。不良反应涉及多个系统，临床表现复杂多样。长期服用主要表现为药物依赖性，一次性服药后主要表现为消化系统的损害，严重者可出现肠梗阻或肠破裂及穿孔甚至死亡。结论：临床医师、药师应了解番泻叶所致不良反应的规律和特点，加强其应用监测，以减少不良反应的发生。

ADRs Induced by Senna： Literature Analysis of 116 Cases

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the regular pattern and characteristics of the ADRs induced by senna so as to provide references for clinical rational use of senna. METHODS： Senna - induced ADR cases retrieved from domestic medical journals between 1978 and 2008 were classified and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Senna - induced ADRs were independent of patient＇ s sex and which occurred more often seen in patients aged above 30 years and usually appeared 30min to 6h after oral administration. The clinical manifestations were diversified and involved multiple systems. The ADRs in patients after long- term oral administration of Senna manifested predominantly as drug dependence, and the ADRs in those after single dose oral administration appeared mainly as damage of digestive system ; in severe cases, intestinal obstruction or enterorrhexis and intestinal perforation or even death might be seen. CONCLUTION： Clinicians and pharmacists should familiarize the general pattern and characteristics of ADRs induced by senna, and tighten monitoring on the use of senna to reduce the incidence of ADRs induced by senna.
