复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘    要:目的:评价复方苦参注射液(岩舒注射液)对晚期小细胞肺癌化疗的增效减毒作用。方法:治疗组41例采用复方苦参注射液联合化疗,对照组44例行单纯化疗,化疗方案相同。2~6个周期后判定疗效。结果:(1)治疗组近期疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)各主要系统的毒副反应治疗组较对照组减轻(P<0.05);(3)化疗后生存质量改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗能提高临床疗效,减轻化疗不良反应,提高患者生存质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the synergistic and attenuating effect of Compound Kusheng injection(Yanshu injection)on chemotherapy adopted for patients with advanced small-cell lung cancer(SCLC).METHODS: 41 cases in treatment group were assigned to receive Compound Kusheng injection in combination of chemotherapy,44(control group)to receive chemotherapy alone.After treatment for 2 to 6 cycles,the curative effects in the two groups were evaluated.RESULTS:(1)There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in short - term curativeeffect(better in treatment group than in control group, P 〈 0.05). (2)The toxicity in the treatment group was milder than in the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). (3)The treatment group had better improvement than in control group in the quality of life after undergoing chemotherapy ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : Compound Kusheng injection can improve the clinical curative efficacy but reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy while improving the quality of life in patients with advanced small - cell lung cancer.
