1392例住院患者中药注射剂的使用调查

目的：通过对本院1392例住院患者中药注射剂使用的调查和分析,探讨本院临床中药注射剂的使用情况,为合理使用中药注射剂提供依据。方法：利用药房软件系统综合分析我院2008年12月～2009年1月1392例住院患者中药注射剂使用情况。结果：住院患者中药注射剂使用率为59%,单一、二联、三联、四联使用率分别为90%、36%、11%及2%。使用率高的科室是CCU和心内科（使用率100%）、高干科及呼吸科（使用率93%）;用药频度居前5位的药品是复方苦参、冠心宁、痰热清、艾迪及参芪扶正;药物利用指数大于1的药品有8种,占中药注射剂调查品种的30.77%。结论：我院中药注射剂的使用率略偏高,存在一定不合理用药情况。

Utilization of Chinese Medicine Injections in 1 392 Inpatients

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of Chinese medicine injections in 1 392 Inpatients in our hospital for clinical reference of rational use of Chinese medicine injections.METHODS：The utilization of Chinese medicine injections in 1 392 Inpatients in our hospital from Dec.2008 to Jan.2009 was analyzed by using pharmacy software system.RESULTS：59% of the inpatients were treated with Chinese medicine injections.The percentages of patients receiving Chinese medicine injections in single kind,two kinds,three kinds and four kinds were 90%,36%,11% and 2%,respectively.The rates of patients receiving Chinese medicine injections in the department of CCU and the Cardiology took the lead（100%）,followed by Cadres＇ ward and department of respiratory disease（93%）.Compound Kushen,Guanxinning,Tanreqing,Aidi and Shenqi Fuzheng dominated the first 5 places on the list of DDDs.Of all the Chinese medicine injections used,8 kinds（30.77%） were greater than 1 in DUI（drug utilization index）.CONCLUSION：The proportion of patients using traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital is on the high side,and the use of Chinese medicine injections is irrational to some degree.
