| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院抗抑郁药的应用现状及趋势。方法：对我院2003～2007年抗抑郁药的消耗金额及用药频度（DDDs）等进行回顾性分析。结果：我院抗抑郁药用药金额及DDDs值均逐年增长,经典抗抑郁药（三环类）用量呈下降趋势,新型抗抑郁药应用呈上升趋势并占主导地位。结论：我院使用抗抑郁药的结构和层次比较合理,基本符合我国目前抗抑郁药的发展现状。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and tendency of the use of antidepressants in our hospital. METHODS： The antidepressants used in our hospital from 2003 to 2007 were analyzed respectively in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and DDDs of the antidepressants in our hospital increased year on year, but the consumption quantity of the classic antidepressants （tricyelic） showed a downward trend and the application of new antidepressants showed an upward trend and assumed a dominant place. CONCLUSION： The use of antidepressants in our hospital is reasonable in utilization structure and level and in line with the development status of antidepressants in our country. |
