| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院口服降糖药使用现状及发展趋势。方法：对我院2008年口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性分析。结果：我院2008年口服降糖药销售金额排序前3位的是阿卡波糖、瑞格列奈、二甲双胍;DDDs排序前3位的是阿卡波糖、二甲双胍、瑞格列奈;二甲双胍的DDC最低。结论：我院口服降糖药应用基本合理,新药用量呈上升趋势,老药仍占据相当地位。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and the trend of development of the utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital.METHODS：The utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital in 2008 was analyzed retrospectively in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and drug daily cost（DDC）etc.RESULTS：The top 3 oral hypoglycemic agents in terms of consumption sum in our hospital in 2008 were acarbose,repaglinide and metformin.The top 3 oral hypoglycemic agents in terms of DDDs were acarbose,metformin and repaglinide.The DDC of metformin was the lowest.CONCLUSION：The utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital was rational on the whole.The consumption quantity of new drugs showed an upward trend whereas the old drugs still occupied an important position. |
