| 摘 要： | 目的：了解该院降糖药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：以用药金额、DDDs、DDC对该院2005～2007年降糖药进行分类统计、综合分析。结果：各年度降糖药的用药金额和用药频度均呈现增长趋势。排序比小于1的各年度分别占44.44%、40%和46.15%。结论：该院3年来降糖药用量和DDDs增长迅速,但应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital for reference of clinical rational drug use.METHODS：A classification statistic and comprehensive analysis were performed on the utilization of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS：Both the consumption sum and the DDDs of the hypoglycemic drugs witnessed a year-on-on increase from 2005 to 2007.The hypoglycemic drugs whose order ratios were less than 1 accounted for 44.44%,40% and 46.15% respectively over the 3 years.CONCLUSION：The utilization of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was rational on the while in spite of their rapid increase in both consumption sum and DDDs. |
