| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院麻醉性镇痛药应用情况与趋势。方法：对我院2002～2008年麻醉性镇痛药销售金额、用药频度进行统计分析。结果：麻醉性镇痛药使用量呈逐年增长趋势,中效类的销售金额和用药频度的年均增长率的增幅最高,强效类的销售金额和用药频度所占的比例最大,但吗啡使用量从2006年后在逐年减少。结论：我院麻醉性镇痛药的利用存在不合理现象。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status and tendency of the utilization of the narcotic analgesics in our hospital.METHODS：The narcotic analgesics used in our hospital from 2002～2008 were analyzed statistically with regard to the consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS：The consumption quantity of the narcotic analgesics increased year by year.The intermediate-acting narcotic analgesics were the highest in annual growth rates and growth extent of the consumption sum and DDDs.The narcotic analgesics with potent efficacy showed the highest proportion in terms of consumption sum and DDDs,whereas the consumption quantity of Morphine were decreasing year by year every since 2006.CONCLUSION：The utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital during the period 2002～2008 was somewhat irrational. |
