固肾安胎丸治疗早期先兆流产82例疗效观察

目的：观察固肾安胎丸治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法：将244例患者随机分为3组,治疗组82例采用固肾安胎丸治疗;对照1组81例以孕康口服液治疗;对照2组81例以黄体酮治疗,均连续治疗2周。观察治疗前后阴道出血、腰酸胀痛、小腹坠痛、B超、血孕酮值等,并随访2月。结果：3组间总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;随访2月,治疗组继续妊娠率明显优于对照1组、对照2组,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;停药后孕11～12周,治疗组血孕酮值升高明显优于其他2组,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：固肾安胎丸治疗早期先兆流产的疗效可靠,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on 82 Cases of Early Threatened Abortion with Gushenantai Pills

OBJECTIVE：To observe the Gushen tocolysis of threatened abortion pill treatment of clinical efficacy. CONCLUSION ： Gushen tocolysis treatment of early threatened abortion pill efficacy reliable, worthy to be popularized.
