常规胸片与螺旋CT对成人活动性肺结核诊断价值的比较

目的探讨常规胸片和螺旋CT对成人活动性肺结核的诊断价值,并进行相关分析。方法选取50例患有活动性肺结核的患者进行螺旋CT和常规胸片的影像学分析。结果两种影像学表现在确定患者是否为活动性肺结核以及确定肺内结核灶累及的范围上没有显著差异。但螺旋CT在定位和确定肺结核并发特殊部位结核方面优于常规胸片,差异显著;对活动性病灶影像学征象发现方面,螺旋CT的效果更优于常规胸片,差异显著。结论螺旋CT的检查可以发现胸片不易发现的特殊结核灶,如胸膜和支气管内膜等,当常规胸片不易确定是否为活动性病灶时,螺旋CT能更好地提供影像学征象,提高诊断的准确性。

Comparison of Conventional Chest Radiography and Spiral CT in Pulmonary Tuberculosis Diagnostic Value

Objective To discuss conventional chest radiography and spiral CT diagnosis value on adult pulmonary tuberculosis,and to do the corresponding analysis.Methods Analyzing a total of 50 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis patients with spiral CT and conventional chest radiography imaging analysis.Results There is no significant difference between the two kinds of imaging in determining whether patients are active pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis foci identified affected area,but the spiral CT is more accurate in positioning;in the determination of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with tuberculosis of special parts,spiral CT is better than conventional radiography with significant differences in activity;the lesion imaging detection of spiral CT hasbetter effect than conventional radiography with significant difference. Conclusion It is found that spiral CT exami-nation can discover the particular tuberculosis,which is not easy found in chest radiography,such as the pleura and endobronchial.When conventional radiography is not easy to determine whether there are the active lesions or not,spiral CT can provide better image symbol,and can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
