| 摘 要： | 目的：分析我院口服心血管类药物的应用状况和发展趋势。方法：采用金额排序和应用频度分析法对我院2006～2008年我院心血管类药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：心血管类药用药金额逐年上升,其中抗血小板药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和钙通道阻滞剂的用药频度排序均位于心血管类药的前3位。结论：我院心血管类药应用结构基本合理,但品种繁多,临床应用广泛,仍应重视其安全、有效、经济、合理地使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To analyze the current situation and development trend of the utilization of oral drugs for cardiovascular diseases in our hospital.METHODS：The oral drugs for cardiovascular diseases used in our hospital during the period 2006～2008 were statistical by ordering consumption sum and analyzing DDDs.RESULTS：The consumption sum of the drugs for cardiovascular diseases increased year by year.Antiplatelet drugs,ACEI and calcium antagonist dominated the first three places in terms of DDDs over the past 3 years.CONCLUSION：The utilization structure of the drugs for cardiovascular diseases is reasonable on the whole;however,in the light of the numerous varieties of drugs for cardiovascular diseases and their widespread clinical application,great importance should be attached to their safe,effective and economical use. |
