| 摘 要： | 报道了手术治疗６例先天性高度近视合并固定性内斜视患者，其病因目前尚不清楚。术中可见内直肌及其周围组织挛缩、外直肌菲薄，病检提示内直肌纤维化。手术采用内直肌后徙、外直肌－眶外侧缘骨膜连接术或外直肌与上、下直肌外１／２连接术可取得较为满意的效果

| Abstract: | Six cases of esotropic fixus combined congenital high myopia underwent the surgical treatment. Contracting of the medial rectus and peripheral tissue and thinning of the lateral rectus were observed during operation. The pathological examination revealed fibrosis in the medial rectus. The recession of the medial rectus and joining of the latereral rectus with the latera orbital rim or joining of the lateral rectus with the superior rectus and the inferior rectus were adopted. The results were satisfactory. |
