奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎60例疗效观察

目的观察奥美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将符合病例入选标准的120例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组60例。2组患者入院后均给予饮食调理、心理精神治疗,同时给予莫沙必利,5mg/次,3次/d,饭前服。观察组在此基础上给予奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d,饭前服。2组均以治疗4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果临床疗效观察组治愈率为70.00%,总有效率为93.37%;对照组治愈率为50.00%,总有效率为73.33%。2组治愈率、总有效率相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。胃镜下疗效观察组治愈率为73.33%,总有效率为96.67%;对照组治愈率为36.67%,总有效率为76.67%。2组治愈率、总有效率相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后均未见不良反应,心电图、肝肾功等等理化检查亦未发现明显变化。结论奥美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗反流性食管炎临床疗效显著。

The Clinical Observation of Omeprazole Mosapride in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis in 60 Cases

Objective To observe the effect of omeprazole combined with cisapride in treatment of reflux esophagitis clinical curative effect.Methods With case inclusion criteria in 120 patients with reflux esophagitis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.2 groups of patients after admission were given dietary,psychological treatment,while giving mosapride,5mg / time,3 times / D,before meals.Observation group based on the given omeprazole,20mg / time,2 times / D,before meals.The 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks with 1 courses of treatment,the therapeutic effects were observed after 2 courses of treatment.Results The clinical curative effect observation group,the cure rate is 70%,the total effective rate was 93.37%;the control group,the cure rate is 50%,the total effective rate was 73.33%.The 2 group cure rate,the total efficiency compared with the obvious differences（P 0.05）.Gastroscopic observation group,the cure rate is 73.33%,the total effective rate was 96.67%;the control group,the cure rate is 36.67%,the total effective rate was 76.67%.The 2 group cure rate,the total efficiency compared with the obvious differences（P 0.05）.The 2 groups before and after treatment showed no adverse reaction,electrocardiogram,and kidney function and so on physical examination also revealed no significant change.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with cisapride in treatment of reflux esophagitis clinical curative effect.
