糜蛋白酶冠周冲洗治疗急性冠周炎的疗效观察

目的评价糜蛋白酶对急性冠周炎治疗的效果。方法选择86例急性智齿冠周炎的患者,分成2组:试验组用糜蛋白酶冠周冲洗,盲袋导入碘甘油,临床观察5d复诊;对照组用3%过氧化氢、生理盐水,盲袋导入碘甘油,临床观察5d复诊。结果试验组与对照组总有效率分别为98%和86%,差异有统计学意义。结论糜蛋白酶促使冠周盲袋内脓性分泌物及坏死组织液化分解,使炎症得到改善,是一种适合冠周炎治疗的有效局部用药。

Observation on the Effect of Local Pericoronal Rinsing with Chymotrypsin on Acute Pericoronitis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Chymotrypsin on acute pericoronitis.Methods We chose 86cases with acute pericoronitis,who were divided into two groups.The cases in the test group were washed with Chymotrypsin solution.The cases in the control group were treated with 3% hydrogen dioxide and 0.9% normal solution.After rinsing drops of 2% iodine glycerin was put into the blind pouch.All these cases were further clinically observed 5 days after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the test group and control group were 98% and 86%.There was statistic significance before and after the treatment between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Chymotrypsin could accelerate the liquefaction and decomposition of coagula,purulent secretion and necrotic tissue and ameliorate the symptoms of inflammation.It was an effective topical drug therapy applied in the treatment of acute pericoronitis.
