宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈疾病的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾我院2008年6月至2010年6月诊断为宫颈病变并行LEEP术治疗患者103例。对手术时间,术中出血量,术后病理结果,术后宫颈塑形情况进行分析。结果宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)31例,平均手术时间9.8±4.4分钟,平均出血量(15.8±5.7)mL,宫颈塑形满意率为87.1%,治愈率为90.3%;宫颈良性疾病72例,平均手术时(10.1±5.1)min,平均血量(16.4±6.2)mL,宫颈塑形满意率为86.1%,治愈率为90.3%。宫颈上皮内瘤变组患者与宫颈良性疾病组患者相比在平均手术时间、术中出血量、宫颈塑形满意率及治愈率方面差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LEEP术治疗CIN和宫颈良性疾病安全可行。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in the treatment of cervical leisions.Method 103 cases of cervical lesions was studied retrospectively from June 2006 to June 2010 in our hospital.The patients was diagnosised by the colposcopy and then underwent LEEP surgery.The surgical time,blood loss,postoperative pathological findings,postoperative cervical regeneration were evaluated.Results 31 patients was diagnosis as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) with a mean operative time was(9.8±4.4) min,average blood loss was 15.8±5.7 ml,cervical regeneration was 87.1%,and the cure rate was 90.3%;72 cases was diagnosised of cervical benign disease with he mean operative time was(10.1±5.1) min,average blood loss was 16.4±6.2ml,postoperative cervical regeneration was 86.1%,the cure rate was 90.3%.There was no obvious statistics difference between CIN and cervical benign disease in the average operation time,blood loss,cervical regeneration and the cure rate(P〈0.05).Conclusion LEEP treatment of CIN and cervical benign leisions are safe simple and effective.
