孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘50例临床疗效观察

目的观察孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法以孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片为主治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿50例,以治疗1个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程结束后观察临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状、体征、肺功能的改善情况。结果本组50例治疗临床控制38例,占76.00%;显效5例,占10.00%;有效3例,占6.00%;无效2例,占4.00%。总有效率96.00%。咳嗽消失时间3～7d,平均(4.7±0.5),气促消失时间3～7d,平均(5.1±1.4),肺部湿性啰音消失2～4d,平均(3.2±0.5),住院天数7～15d,平均(9.5±1.7)。FEV1及FEV1%治疗后与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效显著,能快速改善临床症状及肺功能。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Montelukast Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma 50 Example

Objective To observe the Meng Lu montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma in children clinical curative effect.Method To Meng Lu montelukast sodium chewable tablets in treatment of cough variant asthma in children 50 cases,to treat 1 months for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment were observed after clinical curative effect and the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,symptoms,pulmonary function improvement.Results The group of 50 patients treated for clinical control in 38 cases,accounting for 76%;5 cases,accounting for 10%;effective in 3 cases,accounting for 6%;2,4%.The total efficiency of 96%.Cough disappearance time of 3 to 7 days,the average（4.7＋0.5）,shortness of breath disappearing time of 3 to 7 days,the average（5.1＋1.4）,lung wet rale disappeared 2-4 days,average（3.2 ＋ 0.5）,length of hospital stay of 7 to 15 days,the average（9.5＋1.7）.FEV1 and FEV1% before and after treatment was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Meng Lu montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma clinical curative effect is remarkable,can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.
