热毒平治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察热毒平治疗小儿手足口病(HFMD)的临床疗效。方法将200例HFMD患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。所有患儿均采用综合治疗,对照组口服利巴韦林颗粒,观察组予以热毒平治疗。观察两组有效率及症状、体征改善时间。结果观察组的显效率、总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总病程、退热时间、手足皮疹及口腔溃疡消失时间及胃纳改善时间均短于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论热毒平治疗小儿手足口病疗程短、见效快,有明显疗效,且无明显毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Reduping in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in children.Methods 200 children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and control group,there were 100 cases in each group.All the cases were given comprehensive treatment,at the same time,the control group received ribavirin in addition and the observation group was received Reduping.The therapeutic effects,symptoms and signs improved time between two groups were observed.Results The excellence rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P〈0.05).The total course of disease,antipyretic and the disappearing time of hand-foot rash,mouth ulcers and appetite improving time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P〈0.05),and there were no side effects in both group.Conclusion In the treatment of children with HFMD,Reduping can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,shorten the course of disease with no obvious toxic and side effects,worthy of promotion in the treatment of HFMD.
