奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效比较

目的比较奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将符合病例入选标准的120例消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组60例。2组均给予阿莫西林、克拉霉素。观察组同时用泮托拉唑40mg+l00ml生理盐水,静脉滴注,2次/d。对照组用奥美拉唑40mg+l00ml生理盐水,2次/d。2组均以连续治疗2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果观察组治愈率为60.00%,总有效率为95.00%;对照组治愈率为35.00%,总有效率为73.33%。2组治愈率、总有效率相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。腹痛、上腹胀、反酸、嗳气等症状积分2组治疗前后组内相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组组间相比差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效较奥美拉唑显著。

Effect of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Objective Comparison of omeprazole and pantoprazole in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods With a case in 120 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The 2 groups were given amoxicillin,clarithromycin.The observation group with pantoprazole 40mg＋l00ml saline,intravenous infusion,2 times / d.The control group with omeprazole 40mg＋l00ml saline,2 times / d.The 2 groups were treated for 2 weeks with continuous for 1 courses of treatment,the therapeutic effects were observed after 1 courses of treatment.Results In the study group,the cure rate is 60%,the total effective rate was 95%;the control group,the cure rate is 35%,the total effective rate was 73.33%.The 2 group cure rate,the total efficiency compared with the obvious differences（P 0.05）.Abdominal pain,bloating,belching and acid reflux,symptom scores of the 2 groups before and after treatment group compared to the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）,after treatment in the 2 groups compared differences between groups also had statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion The use of pantoprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer with omeprazole significantly.
