抗病毒联合丙种球蛋白治疗幼儿手足口病的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨抗病毒联合丙种球蛋白治疗幼儿手足口病的疗效。方法收集68例手足口病幼儿,随机分为基本治疗组及对照组,基本治疗组予静脉抗病毒更昔洛韦10mg/(kg d)]及复合维生素治疗,对照组予静脉抗病毒更昔洛韦10mg/(kg d)]及复合维生素治疗基础上,加用丙种球蛋白(2.5g/d)治疗3d,评估两组患儿治疗总有效率及并发症发生率。结果两组患儿治疗1周后,对照组总有效率为94.1%,基本治疗组为88.2%,差别具有统计学意义(P=0.043);两组患儿并发症例数均较入院时减少,对照组减少更加明显(2 vs.4),但差别无统计学意义(P=0.168)。结论在抗病毒及复合维生素治疗基础上,加用小剂量丙种球蛋白治疗,能够提高幼儿手足口病治疗的有效率及减少并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of anti-virus combined with immunoglobulin therapy on the HFMD in children.Method 68 children defined as HFMD were enrolled and randomly assigned into basic therapy group and control group.Children in basic therapy group were intravenous of antivirus(Ganciclovir 10mg/kg/d) and compound vitamins,while children in control group were given anti-virus,compound vitamins and immunoglobulin(2.5g/ d for 3 days).Total efficacy and complication were evaluated between these two groups.Results One week later,the total efficacy in the control group was 94.1%,while in basic therapy group was 88.2% and the difference was significant(P=0.043).The incidence of complication in the two groups were lower than the initial administration,and the number of complication in control group was less than the basic therapy group(2 versus 4),but the difference was insignificant(P=0.168).Conclusion Anti-virus and compound vitamins plus low dose immunoglobulin could increase total efficacy and reduce complication of HFMD which deserved clinical application.
