盐酸法舒地尔在脑肿瘤术后抗血管痉挛中的临床应用

目的研究盐酸法舒地尔治疗脑肿瘤开颅术后脑血管痉挛的有效性。方法对2008至2010年706例脑肿瘤开颅术后患者资料进行回顾性分析,研究其常规使用盐酸法舒地尔治疗的效果,并与1995至2004年861例患者对照比较。结果两组开颅肿瘤切除术后都存在脑血管痉挛发生病例,发生率分别为11.85%和10.91%(P>0.05),无统计学差异;而脑梗死发生率分别为5.69%和2.55%,经统计学分析有显著差异(P<0.01)。在脑梗死发生后研究组患者疗效也明显优于对照组。结论盐酸法舒地尔可以减轻脑肿瘤开颅术后脑血管痉挛程度,降低脑梗死的发生率,改善脑梗死的治疗效果。

Study of Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection for Cerebral Vasospasm of Postoperative in Brain Tumor Patients

Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate possible role of fasudil hydrochloride injection for cerebral vasospasm of postoperative in brain tumor patients.Methods The study included 706 brain tumor patients from 2008 to 2010,we carried out a retrospective analysis of the information in these patients.861 cases from 1995 to 2004 were used as controls.Results Some patients occurred cerebral vasospasm in the two groups,the incidence rates were 11.85% and 10.91%（P0.05）.The rates of cerebral infarction were 5.69% and 2.55%（P0.01）.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the therapeutic effect.Conclusions Fasudil hydrochloride can reduce the degree of cerebral vasospasm in postoperative patients,reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction,and improve the therapeutic effect of cerebral infarction.
