BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭患者的临床研究

目的探讨BiPAP呼吸机正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将45例疗慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭随机分为两组,常规治疗22例为对照组,观察组23例在对照组基础上采用BiPAP呼吸机经口鼻面罩正压通气,比较两组治疗前后pH、SaO2、PaO2,PaCO2血气分析和肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力肺活量(FEV1)指标变化。结果治疗后临床症状和各指标的改善观察明显好于对照组,各组指标差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用BiPAP治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭效果良好,并发症少,是一种安全有效的方法。

The Efficacy of BiPAP Ventilation in the Treatment of COPD Patients Complicated with Respiratory Failure

Objective To assess the efficacy of BiPAP（bi-level positive airway pressure） ventilation in the treatment of COPD（chronic obstructive pulmonary diseas）patients complicated with respiratory failure.Methods 45 patients with COPD with complicated respiratory failure were divided into two group.The control group 22 cases were only given conventional treatment,The treatment group,23 patients were treated with BiPAP ventilation plus conventional therapy.Before and after the treatment,pH,SaO2,PaO2,PaCO2 of blood gas analysis were all obrerved as well as the FVC and the FEV1were also obrerved.Results The results showed that the clinical symtoms of The treatment group was better than The control group after therapy,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using BiPAP ventilation to treat COPD with respiratory failure is a safe and effective method with less complications.
