脂汰清颗粒对高脂血症兔血清微量元素锌、酮、镁的影响观察

摘    要:目的探讨脂汰清颗粒对高脂血症兔血清微量元素锌、酮、镁的影响。方法选取60只普通级新西兰雄性兔为实验对象,体质量1.5kg~2.0kg,随机选择普通级雄性新西兰兔10只作为空白组,予以普通饲料进行喂养;其余的兔子均按照高脂饲料配方1进行喂养,喂养6周后,将其制成高脂血症模型,再将其随机分为4组,模型组、脂汰清组、洛伐他汀对照组和山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,正常组开始使用全价营养的饲料进行喂养,其余各组改采用高脂饲料进行喂养。同时,脂汰清组、洛伐他汀对照组和山楂精降脂片对照组分别给予相应的溶化药物,空白组和模型组给予生理盐水。连续灌胃11周后,取各组兔子耳中央动脉血进行检测其血清中微量元素锌、酮、镁的含量。结果观察检测结果显示:模型组和空白组兔子血清中的锌、酮、镁均呈降低的趋势;脂汰清治疗组兔子血清中锌、酮、镁的含量略比模型组高,且铜和镁的含量均超过了空白组。但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。山楂精降脂片对照组兔子血清中镁的含量较其他各组均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论脂汰清颗粒对血清中微量元素锌、酮、镁的调节作用不明显。

Abstract:Objective Explore curve grain to clear fat tall lipemia rabbit serum trace elements zinc,ketones,magnesium effects.Methods The only male rabbit o-level New Zealand 60 for experimental object,weight 1.5 kg~2.0kg,random selection of common male in New Zealand rabbits as blank group 10 only,be ordinary feed for feeding;The rest of the rabbits are conducted in accordance with high fat feed formula 1 to feed and feed six weeks later,it will be made into hyperlipidemia model,combine it randomly divided into four groups,model group,fat clear group curve,lovastatin group and hawthorn fine lipid-lowering piece of the control group.From 7 weeks,the normal group started to use full price for feeding the feed nutrition,the rest of the group USES high fat feed change to feed.At the same time,fat clear group,curve lovastatin group and hawthorn fine lipid-lowering piece of the control group were given corresponding melts drug,blank group and the model group give saline.Stomach after 11 weeks for irrigation,take the rabbit ears central artery blood serum test of trace element in the zinc,ketones,magnesium levels.Results Observation detection results show that the model group and the blank group in the serum of the rabbit,ketones,magnesium zinc are in lower trend;Fat clear treatment group rabbit serum curve of zinc,ketone,magnesium levels than model group is high,and the content of magnesium and copper are more than the blank group.But this was not statistically significant(P〈0.05).Hawthorn essence of rabbit serum lipid lowering the control group in the content of magnesium than other group were significantly increased(P〈0.05).Conclusion Fat clear of the curve grain trace element zine,ketones,magnesium to adjust action is not obvious
