| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药滋阴化瘀宁胃汤结合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的临床疗效。方法：将83例CAG患者随机分为2组，对照组37例，采用单纯西药治疗；治疗组46例，在采用对照组西药治疗基础上运用自拟滋阴化瘀宁胃汤治疗。结果：临床治愈率，治疗组为45．7％，对照组为18．9％；临床总有效率，治疗组为91．4％，对照组为62．2％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：滋阴化瘀宁胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎，疗效肯定。
