摘    要:目的:研究麻黄汤(MHT)不同配伍对大鼠额叶皮层中Asp氨基酸类神经递质含量的影响。方法:2,4二硝基氟苯为衍生化试剂,HPLC/UV法测定Asp的含量。结果:在0.05水平下,桂枝显著降低了天冬氨酸的含量(P=0.032);杏仁、甘草的影响不显著(P=0.149,P=0.095);甘草与桂枝呈显著降低的一级交互作用(P=0.017)。结论:桂枝是影响天冬氨酸含量的显著性因素,而杏仁、甘草的影响不显著。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of the different compatibility of Mahuang Tang (MHT) on the content of Asp in the prefrontal cortex of the rats, analyze the meaning of compatibility. Methods: Use 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene as derivatizing agent, HPLC/UV to determine the content of Asp. Results: At the 0.05 level, Ramulus Cinnamomi had significantly reduced the contents of Asp(P=0.032), the effect of Semen Armeniacae and Radix Glycyrrhizae had no statistical meaning(P=0.149,P=0.095, respectively). Ramulus Cinnamomi and Radix Glycyrrhizae had significant two-way interaction (P=0.017). Conclusion : Ramulus Cinnamomi is the significant effect factor on the the contents of Asp, but the effect of Semen Armeniacae and Radix Glycyrrhizae is not significant.
