摘    要:本文应用诱导酿酒酵母D_7菌株基因转变试验观察研究了锌对镉致突变性的影响,并采用一种非参统计方法对实验资料进行了合理的分析,结果发现,锌可以抑制1×10~(-5)M浓度镉致突变性,并且随着锌浓度的增加,抑制作用增强。

Abstract:The influence of zinc on the Mutagenicity of Cadmium was studied with mitotic gene conversion of the yeast saechromyces Cerevisiae strain D7. And the test was analysed rationally with a kind of nonparameter statistics. The result showed that zinc can inhibit the mutagenieity of Cadmium depending on zinc doses used. Therefore,zinc could be used to reduce the incidence of turnouts in the population who expose frequently to environment of cadmium pollution.
