| 摘 要： | 实时三维超声心动图是近年超声领域的一项新技术,其在心血管疾病的诊治中具有日益突出的应用价值。本文从实时三维超声心动图的技术原理出发,介绍了其在先天性心脏病诊断中的研究现状和发展前景,并对比讨论了经胸和经食管实时三维超声心动图的优点和局限性,旨在对实时三维超声心动图在先天性心脏病诊治中的应用价值做一次比较详细的总结。

| Abstract: | Real-time 3-dimensional echocardiography （RT-3DE）, which is of increasingly prominent value in diagnosis and intervention of cardiovascular diseases, is a new technology in ultrasound realm. In order to summarize in detail the clinical value of RT-3DE in diagnosis and intervention of congenital heart diseases,this paper, based on the technical principle, presented both research situation and prospect of RT-3 DE in diagnosis and intervention of congenital heart diseases, and comparatively outlining the advantages and limitations of real-time transthoracic/transesophageal 3-dimensional echocardiography. |
