骨折病人焦虑、抑郁情绪与心理控制源和应对方式的关系

目的 调查骨折病人焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生率,并分析与心理控制源和应对方式的相关性及心理控制源和应对方式对焦虑、抑郁的预测作用.方法 采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)、多维度健康状况心理控制源最表(MHLC)和医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)对91例骨折病人进行调查分析.结果 骨折病人术后焦虑、抑郁情绪发生率分别为38.46%和23.08%,并与心理控制源和应对方式的部分因子存在显著性相关(P＜0.05).结论 要重视健康心理控制源和应对方式对骨折病人焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响,可采取针对性护理措施给予帮助和支持.

Relationship between emotion of anxiety and depression and locus of control and coping mode in bone fracture patients

Objective To investigate the occurrence rates of emotion of anxiety and depression in bone fracture patients, to analyze the correlations between them and locus of control and coping mode, and to ascertain the predictive value of locus of control and coping mode for the emotion of anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 91 bone fracture inpatients were surveyed by filling out Hospital Anxiety and DepressionScale (HAD), Muhimentional Health Locus of Control Scales (MHLC) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ). Results The occurrence rates of anxiety and depression were 38.46% and 23.08% ,respectively. There was an obvious correlation between the emotion of anxiety and depression and part factors of locus of control and coping mode (P＜0.05). Conclusions Nurses should pay more attention to the relationship between emotion of anxiety and depression and locus of control and coping mode, and offer an adaptive support and assistance to bone fracture patients.
