| 摘 要： | 目的检测喉鳞状细胞癌组织中PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的表达水平,探讨PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax在LSCC发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测30例喉鳞状细胞癌、10例声带非典型增生中PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的表达水平。结果30例喉鳞状细胞癌中PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的阳性表达率分别为96.6%(29/30),93.3%(28/30)和60%(18/30),声带非典型增生中PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的阳性表达率分别为60%(6/10),30%(3/10)和70%(7/10)。PCNA和Bcl-2阳性表达两组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,而Bax阳性表达两组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论喉鳞状细胞癌的发生发展可能与PCNA的高表达和Bcl-2与Bax表达失衡有关,可能是细胞异常增生和凋亡失衡的共同结果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expressions of PCNA,Bcl-2 and Bax in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and their roles.Methods Immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to examine the expressions of PCNA,Bcl-2 and Bax in 30 cases of LSCC and 10 cases of vocal cords atypical hyperplasia(VCAH).Results The positive rates of PCNA,Bcl-2 and Bax were 96.6%,93.3% and 60.0% in LSCC,and 60.0%,30.0% and 70.0% in the VCAH,respectively.There were significant differences in the expressions of Bcl-2 and PCNA between LSC... |
