大黄灵仙胶囊降低胆石症术后残石率及复发率疗效观察

目的:观察大黄灵仙胶囊降低胆石症术后残石率及复发率的临床疗效。方法:对136例胆石症手术患者临床治疗和追踪观察1年,患者现代医学处理原则一致,治疗组68例在围手术期及手术后3月口服大黄灵仙胶囊,对照组68例不服中药。结果:治疗组痊愈48例,显效12例,好转7例,无效1例,总有效率98.5％;对照组痊愈36例,显效20例,好转5例,无效7例,总有效率89.7％。2组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。1年内残留结石或结石复发率分别为治疗组29.4％（20/68）和对照组47.1％（32/68）,2组差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）,治疗组术后残留结石或结石复发率明显低于对照组。结论:大黄灵仙胶囊可降低胆石症术后残石率及复发率,提高胆石症手术疗效。

A Clinical Observation of Dahuang Lingxian Capsule for De creasing Residual Stone Rate and Recurrence Rate of Cholelithi asis After Operation

ve: To observe the curative effect of Dahuang Lingxian Capsule (DLC) for decreasing residual stone rate (RSR) and recurrence rate (RR) of cholelithiasis after operation. Methods: 136 cases of cholelithiasis after operation were treated by routine treatment and DLC was given orally during and 3 months after opera-tion to treatment group (68 cases) and no DLC was given to another group (68 cases) as control. Results: In treatment group, 48 cases were cured, 12 cases effective, 7 cases improved and 1 case ineffec-tive, the total effective rate being 98. 5% ; in control group, 36 cases were cured, 20 cases effective, 5 cases improved and 7 cases ineffec-tive, the total effective rate being 89. 7%. The difference between two groups showed markedly significant ( P < 0. 05). The RSR and RR within one year was 29. 4% (20/68) in treatment group and 47. 1% (32/68) in control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: DLC can decrease RSR and RR of cholelitiasis after operation.
