被动吸烟对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

目的研究不同时间被动吸烟对小鼠学习和记忆能力的影响,为开展相关研究提供依据。方法建立被动吸烟模型,设立对照组和吸烟组,吸烟染毒时间分别为1 d与1,2,4,8周;利用小鼠在方型水迷宫中学习和记忆能力的变化,通过组间对照评价不同时间被动吸烟对学习记忆功能的影响。结果各吸烟组小鼠的游泳潜伏期均低于同时间对照组,潜伏期缩短;不同时间吸烟组间潜伏期差异无统计学意义。吸烟组小鼠随吸烟时间延长,游泳错误次数增加,吸烟4周和8周组小鼠的错误次数明显高于吸烟1 d,1周和2周组。结论被动吸烟并未损伤小鼠的学习和记忆能力。

The Effects of Passive Smoking on Learning and Memory Ability of Mice

Objective To study the influence of passive smoking in different time on learning and memory ability of mice,and to provide evidence for the related researches.Methods Model of passive smoking was create.The smoking group and the control group were selected-exposure time was one day,one,two,four and eight weeks respectively.The different results of passive smoking in different time were evaluated through comparison using special water maze test.Results The swimming latency of every smoking groups were lower than control group at the same time,that was smoking groups got a shorter latency.The smoking groups at different latency had no obvious difference.With the smoking time prolonging,the swimming error numbers were increasing too,and those for 4-week-group and 8-week-group were higher than the groups of smoking for one day,one week and two weeks.Conclusion The learning and memory ability of mice isn't damaged by passire smoking.
