吸毒人员艾滋病知识与相关高危行为的监测

目的：了解吸毒人群中艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况和相关的行为特征。方法：采用匿名自填问卷的方式，对杭州市某自愿戒毒所内的136名吸毒人员进行艾滋病相关知识和行为的问卷调查。结果：吸毒人群对艾滋病的传播途径和预防措施有一定程度的了解，对12个有关条目回答均正确的占24．26％；他们中存在着通过共用注射器吸毒或性交途径传播或感染HIV的双重危险，13．10％的静脉吸毒者在最近6个月有共用注射器的行为，57．14％的有卖淫／嫖娼行为者在与嫖客／暗娼发生性关系时从未使用过安全套；自愿到医疗机构寻求HIV抗体检测的比例只占30．1％。结论：针对吸毒人群的艾滋病相关知识的宣传教育仍有待于进一步加强，应把提供一次性的清洁针具、百分之百安全套推广以及自愿咨询检测作为在该人群中开展行为干预工作的重点。

A HIV KAP SURVEILLANCE REPORT AMONG 136 DRUG USERS

Objective:To realize the HIV related KAP among drug users.Methods:136 drug users in a drug-abstention center in Hangzhou were surveyed anonymously by filling in the questionnaires themselves.Results:Drug users had some knowledge about HIV transmission and prevention,24.26% of the study subjects answered all the 12 related items correctly;There was a dual risk of infecting of transmiting HIV by sharing needles or sex in drug users.13.10% of the injection drug users used to share needles with others in the near six years,and 57.14% of the injection drug users used to share needles with others in the near six years,and 57.14% of prostitutes/?clients had never used condoms in the sex activity;The proportion of seeking HIV test voluntarily was just 30.1%.Conclusion:Propaganda and education for HIV at drug users should still be strengthened;More importance should be paid on behavior intervention such as providing one-off clean needles,condom publicity and voluntary counseling and test.
