| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单胺类神经递质与分裂症后抑郁的关系。方法测定67例正常人与67例分裂症后抑郁患者治疗前后的血浆中单胺递质代谢产物5-羟吲哚乙酸（5-HIAA）、3-甲基-4-羟基苯乙二醇（MHPG）、高香草酸（HVA）、5羟色胺（5-HT）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）水平。结果分裂症后抑郁患者5-羟吲哚乙酸（5-HIAA）、3-甲基-4-羟基苯乙二醇（MHPG）、高香草酸（HVA）、5羟色胺（5-HT）的水平低于正常，随抑郁改善递质水平逐渐上升；去甲肾上腺素（NE）高于正常，随抑郁改善水平逐渐下降。结论分裂症后抑郁症患者存在外周交感神经兴奋性增高和单胺类神经递质功能低下，血浆神经递质水平变化可作为抑郁症疗效评定的一个重要参考指标，但与病情严重程度无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationships between post-psychotic depression and plasma monoamine neurotransmitters. Methods The plasma 5-HIAA, 3-MHPC, HVA, 5-HT and NE levels were measured in 67 post-psychotic depression patients and 67 controls by chromatography （HPLC） with electrochemical detection. Results The plasma 5-HIAA, 3-MHPG, HVA, 5-HT levels in study group were significantly lower than that in control group, and also significantly different after treatment. The NE level was significantly higher in study group than in control group, and significant different after treatment. Conclusion The change of neurotransmitter metabolite plasma can be regarede as an important reference index for the evaluation of post-psychotic depression. |
