摘    要:[目的]了解首都机场口岸地区中央空调冷凝水及冷却水中军团菌带菌情况,以便采取有效措施。[方法]对首都机场口岸地区3家航空配餐公司、2家酒店的中央空调冷凝水及冷却水进行检测。[结果]在其中1家航空配餐公司、1家酒店的中央空调冷凝水、冷却水中检测到嗜肺军团菌(血清型9型)。[结论]口岸检验检疫机关应加强口岸地区中央空调冷凝水及冷却水军团菌的监测工作,并采取有效控制措施,防止军团菌病在口岸地区发生。

Abstract:Objective To find out the legionella infection status of central air-condition(CAC)s' condensate and cooling water in Beijing Capital International Airport(BCIA),and provide the basis to adopt effective preventive method.Methods The central air-conditions' con- densate and cooling water of 3 aviation catering companies and 2 hotels in BCIA was tested.Results Legionlla pneumophila was detected in CACs' condensate and cooling water of 1 aviation catering company and 1 hotel.Conclusion The Institute of Port Inspection and Quarantine should enhance the legionella surveillance of CACs' condensate and cooling water,and prevent the Legionellosis in port district.
