| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨残胃癌和残胃再发癌的手术处理方法。方法：对近10年间行根治性切除17例残胃癌和残胃再发癌的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：残胃癌病例中行残胃切除联合脾切除6例,联合胰体尾脾切除3例,联合横结肠部分切除1例,联合脾切除-横结肠部分切除1例,同时行切口疝无张力修补术1例,残胃再发癌行全残胃联合空肠切除3例。结论：行全残胃切除联合周边脏器整块切除能提高残胃癌和残胃再发癌的根治性。
