| 摘 要： | 目的: 通过检测妊娠期尖锐湿疣(CA) 患者外周血Th1 /Th2型细胞因子的表达, 初步探讨妊娠与CA间的相互影响机制。方法: 采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测妊娠期CA患者血清白细胞介素-2 (IL-2) 和白细胞介素-10 (IL-10) 的表达, 并与正常妊娠及非妊娠CA患者进行对比分析。结果: 妊娠期CA组血清IL-2浓度显著低于非妊娠CA组(P<0 .05 ),血清IL-10浓度两组差异无显著性(P>0. 05); 妊娠期CA组血清IL-2、IL-10浓度与正常妊娠组相比差异均无显著性(P>0 .05)。结论: 妊娠可能通过削弱患者的Th1型反应导致CA病情加重, 而CA可能不影响正常妊娠的母体免疫。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the serum levels of Thl/Th2 eytokines in the patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA) during pregnancy and its clinical significance.Methods:25 outpatients with CA and 23 patients with CA during pregnancy and 20 normal pregnancy women were recruited. All subjects were measured for the serum levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin- 10(IL-10) using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method.Results:The serum level of IL-2 was significantly lower( P <0.05), while the serum IL-10 level had no significantly change ( P >0.05) in pregnancy CA group to compared with that of CA group. The serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 had no significantly difference ( P >0.05) between pregnancy and pregnancy CA group.Conclusion:Pregnancy may aggravate the Thl/Th2 cytokines imbalance state in CA. The further damage of Till immune response may play an important role in the aggravation of CA during pregnancy. On the other hand, CA seems does not influence the Thl/Th2 pattern of normal pregnancy. |
