| 摘 要： | 应用高效逆流色谱法,以氯仿-甲醇-水(4∶3∶2)为溶剂系统,下层作固定相,上层作流动相,254nm作检测波长,检测杂质并作分离纯化阿司帕坦(1)。所得1纯品在TLC和HPLC中为单色点、单峰,与对照品IR谱完全一致,HPLC表明1粗品含两种主要杂质,即苯丙氨酸和5-苄基-3,6-二氧代-2-哌嗪乙酸(2)及两种尚待鉴别的成分。

| Abstract: | Aspartame was isolated with high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) using UV detection at 254 nm. The solvent systems consist of chloroform/methano1/H_2O(4:3:2), with the upper layer as mobile phase, and the lower layer as stationary phase. Purity of the sample was compared with an authentic compound by TLC, HPLC and IR. |
