泌尿生殖道支原体检测及耐药性分析

目的：探讨性病门诊病人解脲脲原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）感染及耐药情况,为临床诊断及治疗提供实验数据。方法：应用珠海黑马生物工程有限公司生产的支原体培养、鉴定计数药敏试剂盒进行试验。结果：969例标本中,支原体阳性为574例。总感染率为59.24%,其中Uu感染388例（40.04%）,Mh感染103例（10.63%）,Uu＋Mh感染83例（8.57%）。12种抗菌药物药敏结果显示,交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素、四环素敏感率高。罗红霉素、阿齐霉素、环丙沙星、司巴沙星、氧氟沙星、克拉霉素、左氧沙星、红霉素敏感率低。结论：解脲脲原体Uu是非淋球菌性尿道炎感染人群的主要病原体,有多重耐药株出现,临床治疗应根据药敏结果选择敏感药物。

Detection of mycoplasma and urealyticum and their drug resistance

Objective： to investigate infection and drug resistance of ureaplasma ureatyticum （Uu） and Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） of sexually transmitted diseases outpatient and provide laboratory data for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： Trailing was done by using drug sensitivity kit. Results： 574 cases were positive of mycoplasma in 969 cases. Total infection rate was 59. 24%, among which 338 cases were infected by Uu （40.04%） and 103 cases were infected by Mh （ 10. 63% ） and 83 cases were infected by Uu and Mh simultaneously （8.57%） . 12 kinds of anti-bacterial drug susceptibility results showed that Josamycin, doxycycline, minocycline, tetracycline were highly sensitive. Roxithromycin, azithromycin, and ciprofloxacin, sparfloxacin, ofloxacin, and clarithromycin, oxygen left sand stars, erythromycin were Low-sensitive. Conclusion： Uu is the major pathogens people infected with sexually transmitted diseases and there are multi-drug resistant strains, so clinical treatemnt of choice should be based on the results of drug susceptibility of drug-sensitive.
