| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃肠损伤术后全静脉营养和低磷血症的关系以及低磷血症和胃肠损伤术后并发感染的关系。方法 回顾性分析1994年3月至1999年3月收治的胃肠损伤术后行全静脉营养的病例103例。结果 本组103例中，并发低磷血症48例（46．6％）,而48例低磷血症中16例（33．3％）并发感染（腹腔感染、真菌感染、败血症等）。结论 胃肠损伤及手术可导致低磷血症，而全静脉营养会加重低磷血症。低磷血症会增加胃肠损伤术后并发感染的机会。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation between postoperative total parenteral nutrition(TPN) and hypophosphatemia and relation between hypophosphatemia and infection following gastrointestinal damage.Methods Data of 103 cases of TPN after operation in gastrointestinal damage from march 1994 to march 1999 in the hospital were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among 103 cases, 48 cases had hypophosphatemia(46.6%),16 cases in 48 cases with hypophophatemia had infections(33.3%)(abdominal infection, fungus infection, hematosepsis, etc.).Conclusion Gastrointestinal damage and operation may cause hypophosphatemia, and TPN can aggravate hypophosphatemia. Hypophosphatemia can increase the chance of infection following postoperative period of gastrointestinal damage. |
