| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手背静脉穿刺输液后两种拔针及按压方法对减轻患者疼痛、减少回血、出血及皮下淤血的临床效果。方法:将200例手背静脉穿刺患者随机分成观察组和对照组各100例。在输液结束后拔针和按压时,对照组采取手持针柄拔针及按压棉签杆法,观察组采取折叠头皮针软管拔针及指压棉签头法。比较两组患者拔针时疼痛、静脉回血及拔针后出血、皮下淤血情况。结果:观察组患者输液结束后拔针时疼痛、静脉回血及拔针后出血、皮下淤血发生例数均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:折叠头皮针软管拔针法及指压棉签头按压法是静脉输液后理想的拔针及按压方法,值得临床推广。
