| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨为NICU中新生儿实施舒适护理的效果。方法:将946例NICU患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各473例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、平均住院天数。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.39%,高于对照组的85.20%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均住院(15±3)d,少于对照组的(9±2)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为NICU新生儿实施舒适护理有利于促进其康复。
