| 摘 要： | 目的:分析超声引导下PICC操作时导管异位至颈内静脉的原因,总结正位方法。方法:69例患者接受PICC操作时,9例发生导管头端异位至颈内静脉,在超生动态监控下为患者分别采用术中转头压肩、无菌纱布压迫颈内静脉加生理盐水推注法、深吸气并憋气法等纠正导管头端位置。结果:正位均获成功。结论:超声引导下进行PICC操作发生导管异位现象时要积极探查异位位置,采取及时、正确的正位措施。
