| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of umbilical hole for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method： 53 patients in observing group by the umbilical hole with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and 54 patients in control group with normal three holes method,then compared operation time,blood loss,hospital stay and postoperative pain changes two groups.Result： Operation time in observing group was longer than that in control group（P0.05）,total hospital stay and postoperative pain were shorter than those in control group（P0.05）,There＇s no significant difference in blood loss between the two groups（P0.05）,all patients expressed satisfaction with the wound.Conclusion： The umbilical hole for cholecystectomy can effectively reduce postoperative hospital stay,patient pain and wound appearance,if the case of proficiency,it can replace the three holes method of the conventional surgery gradually. |
