摘    要:目的:研究水通道蛋白(AQP3)表达和CD105抗体标记的微血管密度(MVD)在子宫内膜腺癌的变化及意义.方法:采用免疫组化法,应用AQP3抗体和CD105抗体对28例正常增生期子宫内膜,20例不典型增生子宫内膜,76例子宫内膜样腺癌微血管进行血管标记和染色,从而分析其与子宫内膜样腺癌临床病理参数之间的关系.结果:AQ...

Expression of Aquaporin 3 in Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma and the Correlation with the Surgical-pathological Stage

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the role of AQP3 during tumorigenesis and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.Method: Immunohistochemistry was employed to assess the protein expression of AQP3 in 25 cases of normal proliferative endometrial,17 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 76 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinomas.The relationship between AQP3 expression and clinical pathologic parameters in endometrioid adenocarcinomas was studied.Result: AQP3 protein was located in the microvascular and small vessel endothelial cells of all groups.The expression of AQP3 in endometrioid adenocarcinomas was significantly higher than that in endometrial hyperplasia and AQP3 in endometrial hyperplasia was significantly higher than that in normal proliferative endometrial.AQP3 expression in surgical pathological stage III-IV was significantly higher than that in stage I and stage II.Conclusion: AQP3 expressions is up regulated from normal proliferative endometrial to endometrioid adenocarcinomas,indicating that it might play an important role during the tumorigenesis of endometrioid adenocarcinomas.
