| 摘 要： | 目的：分析无张力性斜疝修补术治疗成年男性腹股沟斜疝的治疗效果。方法：对2005年至2009年进行无张力性斜疝修补术的161例成年男性腹股沟斜疝患者进行回顾性分析。结果：全部病例经随访1-3.5年,术后出现伤口牵扯疼痛、术后复发率、住院天数较传统方法比较显著减少。结论：无张力性斜疝修补术治疗成年人腹股沟斜疝效果优于传统方法治疗,术后并发症少,是理想的腹股沟疝手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the effect of tension free hernioplasty to indirect inguinal hernia in male adults.Method： The data of 161 male adults admitted from 2005 to 2009,who underwent tension-free hernioplasty,was analysed retrospectively.Result：all cases were followed up for 1-3.5years,there were significantly decreased postoperation incision stretching pain,recurrence,hospitalization days.Conclusion： In comparison with the traditional hernioplasty,tension-free hernioplasty is the ideal operative approach to indirect inguinal hernia in male adults with less complications and better outcome. |
