| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期吞咽功能训练在预防脑卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)中的作用.方法 78例脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者分为训练组(n=39)和对照组(n=39).两组均采取常规护理,训练组早期增加吞咽功能训练.结果 训练组仅有10例发生SAP(25.6%),低于对照组发生率(46.2%)(x2=3.57,P<0.05).结论 早期进行吞咽功能训练是预防脑卒中相关性肺炎的重要护理措施. |
