椎基底动脉病变超声、CT及MRI检查的现状及进展

椎基动脉病变多种多样,其病因和发病机制复杂,需通过各种不同的影像学方法对其进行诊断.近年来,超声、计算机断层影像(CT)及核磁共振成像(MRI)技术日臻完善,临床应用越来越多.然而,不同的影像学方法有着其特有的优势与缺陷,通过了解这些新技术的优缺点,并合理搭配使用,能使椎基底动脉病变的诊断水平得到进一步提高.

Ultrasound,CT or MRI in Diagnosis of Vertebral Arterial Disturbance

The cause of vertebral arterial disturbance is complicated,and it needs different imaging tools to confirm the diagnosis.As the technology of ultrasound,computer tomography(CT) and Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) have been greatly improved recently;their clinical applications are more and more common.But each of them has advantages and defection;we should understand their features well to combine each other in order to make diagnosis of vertebral arterial disturbance more easily.
