| 摘 要： | 报告一起幼儿园乙型肝炎流行,工作人员的罹患率为18.2％;儿童中HBV感染率49.6％。5例儿童的血清学结果呈现乙肝急性感染的动态变化。随访发现,1例成人转为HBsAg携带者。表明,乙型肝炎在地方性流行区只要条件适宜,也能发生流行。

| Abstract: | An epidemic of hepatitis B (HB) in a day-care center was reported. The incidence among the staff was 18.2%, while the prevalence of HB among the children was 49.6%. The serologic results indicated that 5 children had acute hepatitit B infection and the course was presented, but no clinical case of HB was found among the children. Follow-up studies revealed that one adult and 6 children became chronic hepatitis or HBsAg carriers. The above findings suggest that an outbreak of HB could occur in a high endemic area under suitable conditions. |
