摘    要:从教学对象、应用情景、应用过程、应用效果、建议与展望5个方面对国内外安宁疗护情景模拟教学进行综述,提出加强终末期症状管理情景模拟,在成熟理论框架下构建安宁疗护情景模拟课程,建立有效的教学评价标准和工具等建议,以期为安宁疗护情景模拟教学与研究提供参考。

Abstract:This paper reviews scenario based simulation training in palliative care, focusing on the target trainees, application scenarios, teaching process, teaching outcomes, and recommendations. The paper also suggests that strengthening simulation scenarios for end of life symptom management, developing simulation courses for palliative care based on well acknowledged theoretical frameworks, and developing effective evaluation criteria and tools for teaching effect, which aims to provide reference for scenario based simulation training and research.
